Gulliver's Travels

In this story Jonathan Swift, the author , is making fun of European politics. The war between the islands (Lilliput and Belfusco).

   Swift also makes fun of the ridiculous things politicians argue about. He shows this by giving the people of Lilliput small minds as well as small bodies. In the story , they can't agree about whether you should break a boiled egg at the big end or the small end .
